Steve serves as the Director of the Coalition For Youth Ministry Leadership and the Director of Coaching for the Youth Worker Community. Conversations that bring him to life typically involve your story, Jesus and wood-fired pizza! His passion is to be an encourager and catalyst for emerging leaders and his heart feels most at home when he’s surrounded by youth and those who have a vision for the next generation. His experience spans camp, church and community youth ministries and has given him the opportunity to serve on almost every continent!
