NOTE: Please note that the application process will take approximately 15 minutes. Please ensure you have all your materials on hand, including a copy of your photo ID. If you are interrupted in this process, you will need to start over. Criminal record checks can be submitted at an alternate time.

Step 1) Complete the application form below and upload a copy of your photo ID when prompted.

Step 2) Read and sign the Inspire Statement of Faith when asked.

Step 4) Read and sign the Inspire Code of Conduct 

Step 5) Criminal Record Check Submission

SASKATCHEWAN: We will need a Criminal Record Check (CRC) and Vulnerable Sector Check. If you have one dated within the last year, you may upload a photo or a scanned copy of it. If you need to get a new one completed, please download this letter, fill out and take to the police station to get a CRC on the same day at no cost. Please upload a copy of your CRC HERE. MANITOBA: If you are from Manitoba, you will receive an email with instructions for submitting your CRC shortly.

Step 6) Please watch the six short training videos below and fill out the statement confirming you have watched the videos to completion.
